Event Highlights: EDUCATIONAL VISIT TO THE PARLIAMENT HOUSE, NEW DELHI

13 students from Grade XII Humanities stream of YPS Mohali visited the Parliament House in New Delhi on 11 October 2024.
The visit encompassed three significant buildings: the Parliament Library, the Old Parliament House, and the New Parliament House.
The first stop was the Parliament Library, followed by a tour of the iconic, oval-shaped Old Parliament House, where the students explored the historic Central Hall, which has hosted many of the nation’s most influential leaders.
The final stop was the much-discussed New Parliament Building, which included visits to the highly anticipated Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha chambers.
As the visit concluded, the students had the privilege of meeting and interacting with the Joint Secretary of the Lok Sabha Secretariat, IPS Gaurav Goyal.
