Exchange programmes give our Students an international perspective and a world view. The School over the years has been involved in several international exchange programmes. Substantial number of students are taking up global virtual exchange programs wherein they meet peers across the world and undertake hands-on learning programmes that introduce them to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and a global mindset. The students are exposed to new cultures and languages by meeting people from diverse countries while bringing a higher sense of appreciation for others as well as their own culture. At present the School is partnered with AFS India Intercultural for international exchange programmes.

 

In 2022, one of our Student Jasreen Kaur won the prestigious Asia- Kakehashi fully sponsored Scholarship Program to Japan under the aegis of AFS. She is presently studying and culturally immersing herself in Japan, for a period of 10 months. Another Student Soham Wadhwa had a life changing global exchange program to Denmark.

 

YPS Mohali too has played host to several Students from international Schools. These student exchange programs have opened up a world of new possibilities and paved way towards global citizenship among young Yadavindrians.
