Admission Process
ADMISSION PROCESS
1. The Admission process begins after the candidate has been selected.
2. Parents of selected Students will be informed of the day of counselling/ interaction, submission and vetting of documents and submission of Bank draft. They will be required to come to School along with the candidate.
3. The following information and documents will also be mailed to Parents post selection and are required to be furnished along with the registration form and other mandatory documents at the time of admission.
a. Agreement on Green colored paper to be affixed with Non-Judicial Stamps worth ₹ 100/- and attested by Public Notary, Mohali ONLY.
b. Fee Structure – Fee payable at the time of admission. (Acceptable as Bank Draft only).
4. Complete list of documents to be furnished in hard copy at the time of counselling/ interaction.
a. Admission/ Registration form – To be downloaded by the Parent from the App and printed in A4 sized paper. (Login to the Skolaro App with previously saved credentials)
b. Medical Form duly filled and attested as instructed. (Part of the downloaded Registration form – To be filled by hand).
c. Boarders Information Form – Only for Parents of Students applying for a Boarder. (Part of the downloaded Registration form – To be filled by hand).
d. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of Students & both parents.
e. Photocopy of Passport & OCI in case of Foreign National.
f. Photocopy of Category certificate (if other than General category).
g. Agreement on Green coloured paper to be affixed with Non-Judicial Stamps worth ₹ 100/- and attested by Public Notary, Mohali ONLY.
h. A Transfer Certificate reflecting the date up to which the child studied in the class prior to the class to which admission is sought, from the last School attended, will have to be furnished before depositing the admission fee. (Not applicable to students applying for Nursery, LKG and UKG)
i. Attested copy of legal document if the child is being brought up by a single Parent. (For official purpose only).
5. Bank draft amounting to total dues to be paid at the time of new admission to be submitted along with the documents. The fee structure will be mailed to you and will also be displayed on the School Website.
6. Admission Dues once paid is non-refundable.
7. Any change in current address and phone numbers are to be informed to the admission office on the day of submission itself.
8. Student details and orientation dates will be mailed to the Parents’ in due course.
