Our school’s academic year is from April to March. The school admits both boys and girls.
The Boarding starts from class IV onwards and is for boys only.
AGE FOR ADMISSION (As on 1st April of the year of Admission)

CLASSES X AND XII
No student is admitted to these classes.
Admission to class XI is based on the marks scored in the class X examination. The following streams are offered:
(a) SCIENCE STREAM
(b) COMMERCE STREAM
(c) HUMANITIES STREAM

(d) Parents are required to apply throughthe Registration form with 3 copies of the latest mark sheet from the Board of Examination from where the student has passed the Class X examination, along with a copy of the birth certificate, duly attested by an authorised person. Admission will be granted on merit, depending on the vacancies available in various streams.
PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO CLASS XI
To ensure that students seeking admission to class XI, sceduled to commence in the second week of April, provisional admission is granted to them based on the PRE-BOARD result of the School attended. However, in case the student does not score the required percentage in his class X Board Examination and does not obtain pass certificate with minimum of five written subjects which include (i) English (ii) Second language (iii) Maths (iv) Science and (v) Social Studies, his/her admission stands cancelled and he/she is required to be withdrawn from the School.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
(a) An attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the student along with the original as issued by:
- Urban Areas : Registrar of Birth and Deaths / Executive Officer under the Municipalities Act working as the Assistant Registrar (Births and Deaths) / designated local registrar of the locality.
- Rural Areas : District Registrar for Births and Deaths / Civil Surgeon acting as a District Registrar (births and Deaths) / Designated local Registrar of the area.
- DO part II is accepted for children of Defence Services personnel. (No affidavits or School Certificates are accepted)
(b) Three latest passport size photographs. Including the one that is pasted on the registration form.
(c) Copy of Aadhar Card
(d) Medical History Sheet supplied by the School (Enclosed with the Prospectus)
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
(a) Agreement on Green coloured paper (Available with the School Admission Office) to be affixed with Non-Judicial Stamps worth Rs. 25 and attested by Public Notary, Mohali ONLY.
(c) A Transfer Certificate reflecting the date up to which the child studied in the class prior to the class to which admission is sought, from the last school attended, will have to be furnished before depositing the admission fee. (Not applicable to students applying for Nursery, LKG and UKG)
No child is allowed to join school till completion of all formalities.
A draw will be held for Nursery admissions for which the date of draw will be notified to the parents.
Classes LKG TO IX
Admissions are based on number of vacancies in every class.

ADMISSION TO THE BOARDING HOUSE (FOR BOYS ONLY)
Admission to the Boarding House is based on vacancies. Students once admitted to the Boarding House will not be considered for change to Day Boarders at any stage in the schooling tenure.
Director reserves the right to expel any child on disciplinary grounds during the session.

KINDERGARTEN (Nursery, LKG & UKG) : 8.55 am to 1.00 pm
JUNIOR WING (Classes I to V) : 8.55 am to 3.00 pm
SENIOR WING (Classes VI to XII) : 8.00 am to 4.00 pm

Students are not permitted to use school telephones. A PCO in the school is available for making calls with permission from the House Master.
