To register for the entrance test, you can purchase a Registraion Form of Rs. 100/- from the school A/c section or Download the online Registration Form in PDF file Format. Please note that if you are submitting the Registration Form after downloading from here, it must accompany a demand draft worth Rs.  2100/- (which includes Registration form charges - 100/-, Registration Fee - 2000/-) per child which is non-refundable and payable at the time of Registration (cash). Draft to be made in favour of “Principal, Yadavindra Public School, Mohali”, Payable at the State Bank Of Patiala, YPS Mohali (Branch Code No .    STBP0000649  ). Send the completed form to us with the Birth Certificate and Admission/ Registration fee as stated above.

 

This fee is non-transferable and non–refundable. The allotted Registration number will be used in all subsequent correspondence. Registration does not imply any guarantee of admission. You may register your child any time till a month before the entrance date of the relevant year. Please note that the school will not make changes in the date of birth after the child has been admitted.
