CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS OF CLASSES I TO V

Dear Parents,

The Junior School, along with The British Council brings to you an innovative programme for the development of reading of your child called the Reading Challenge.  This would be an interactive experience for the children that not only involves reading books but also engages them with a series of workshops and activities. This programme would go a long way in improving their expression the English language.

The Reading Challenge is based on themes and is open to children from 5 years to 13 years, divided into two groups.  The duration of this programme is 6 weeks and involves reading of a variety of books selected from a list on different themes.  These sessions will be followed by workshops, book reviews and assessments.  The workshops will be held in school.

To join this programme you need to fill in the attached form and submit the same to
Ms Vandana Galav in the Library by Wednesday, 23 September 2015 along with a payment of Rs 2,000/-.
