Yadavindra Public School, Mohali has been awarded with the British Council International School Award for the period 2015-18.

The International School Award (ISA) is a benchmarking scheme that accredits schools as having an outstanding level of support for nurturing global citizenship in young people and enriching teaching and learning. It encourages the school to add an international dimension to the projects.

ISA provided a framework for the school to develop an action plan involving 80% of the students across all three wings of the school. An International dimension was a part of all the projects and activities that were implemented in the school, throughout the year. YPS Mohali created an e magazine in collaboration with students of Lahore Grammar School, Lahore and Aitchison College, Lahore to showcase different aspects of the two cities.

The Headmaster will be presented with the trophy in an award function organized by the British Council in November 2015.
